Omniprint International is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to aid in our continuing growth and commitment to our customers.
We are looking for a highly-motivated sales person to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales of our direct to garment printers, along with selling accessories and supplies. The Inside Sales Representative will also help customers during the sales process, add to our customer base, and achieve monthly sales goals. With our extensive training, you will have the tools you need to succeed.
• Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls, and convert them into sales.
• Become familiar with the products and services offered by the company.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Maintain and expand the company’s clientele.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members
• Set up and deliver sales presentations, along with product and service demonstrations when needed.
• Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
• Emphasize product and service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
• Meet monthly sales goals established by management.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Must be able to travel and attend overnight sales events when needed.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and determined.
• Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com) is a plus.
